Will the White Duo work on crowns and/or veneers?
The White Duo will not be able to change the color of your crowns or veneers. However, if you have any stains on your crowns/veneers, the White Duo will be able to help brighten them.
Is the White Duo suitable for people with sensitive teeth?
Absolutely! The White Duo was specifically formulated to be safe and painless for your teeth. We use the active ingredient Carbamide Peroxide rather than Hydrogen Peroxide to whiten your teeth. Carbamide Peroxide is much easier on your enamel and does not cause any sensitivity.
Can you use the White Duo if you have a permanent retainer?
Yes! The White Duo treatment will not affect your retainer.
How often can I use the White Duo 5 day treatment?
We recommend repeating the treatment every 3 to 6 months as needed. Some may want to repeat the process sooner, depending on your teeth color and oral care habits.
Is Apa Beauty cruelty free?
Yes! We never test our products on animals.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the merchandise is unopened and unused.
If a toothbrush was purchased and has stopped working after two years, we will honor the warranty on this specific item.
Are the products available in my country?

Our products are shipped to arrive via USPS or parcel service (UPS) within 5–7 business days from receipt of order.

Apa Beauty allows for shipping internationally via UPS and DHL. International shipment may be subject to additional duties, VAT, and taxes. All duties, VAT, and taxes associated with the shipment are the responsibility of the customer. The Shipping and Handling at checkout does not include these additional fees.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you don't, the Apa Beauty online shop will accept returns of unused and unopened items within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or merchandise exchange, with proof of purchase. Unfortunately, and without exception, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items, or items returned without their original packaging. Refunds are credited in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
